Shipping and Return Policy

The Mexican Pharmacy will process your order within 24 to 48 hours after your payment was accepted by our bank. Packages usually take from 10 to 21 business days (18 to 25 days) to deliver (it could vary depending on the destiny Country/City). Once the order is shipped, we do not have any control over extra shipping time it could take because of special schedules on the postal services or customs from Mexico or the destiny country, so our drugstore cannot guarantee and does not take any kind of responsibility for an exact date to receive your order in case an order takes a longer time than estimated at the postal services.

As your request, we will gladly provide you the tracking number we get once we ship your order, you must note that tracking numbers may vary from one country to other. Many countries will not allow entry of some pharmaceutical items, on those rare occasions where your product is not allowed to entry or is retained in the destination country, we are not responsible and will not accept a refund request, except the product return to us we will reship it one time, and the costumer will have to pay for an extra shipping charge.

For your safety, all packages are sent via registered mail only and require your signature when received. Our shipping charge will varies depending on the weight of the order and the postal zone where is going to. Allow 10 to 21 business days for shipping. We cannot do overnight shipping.

Please note that if using credit card payment, you may find a slight difference in the amount charged on your card due to the fact that all charges are made in mexican pesos and the exchange rate changes daily.

• If we send you a product and you wish to return it, you may return it for a full refund provided that it is in its original container and the packaging has not been opened. Simply send it to the return address in Mexico listed on the package and as soon as we receive back your package we will refund.
• We will gladly refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) on any unopened products returned to us within 45 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued immediately following receipt of the returned package.
• All returns require an RMA issued by email upon request. No exceptions. All orders returned to our offices as refused delivery, unclaimed or cancelled before receipt of goods, customer is responsible for shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
• If an item is miss-ordered or ordered in error, it must be returned to our offices. Due to our policy of same day order processing, orders cannot be cancelled.
